Hi everyone, welcome back to my channel.
Today, I'm going to show you guys how to make a quick and easy Tuscan salmon pasta.
It's creamy, flavorful, can't wait to show you guys how to make it.

this video for me if you find it helpful, and let's dive in.
Alright guys, to begin, I have three salmon fillets, skinless.
I'm going to pat it dry first.
Always pat dry your meat, especially if you're going to pan sear it.
Now I'm going to drizzle some olive oil on there just like that.
Give it a nice rub, flip it over, we're going to season it.
Now I have a few seasonings in here, onion powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper
also.
I got my Cajun Crush seasoning, the Eileen Vibe Cajun Crush, it will be down below.
I have Italian seasoning, a little bit of Old Bay as well, and some salt.
So make sure you check my store down below is where you're going to find the Cajun Crush
seasoning.
It's so tasty.
I have to add a little bit of salt to this because it's low in sodium, so if you don't
eat a lot of salt, it's perfect for you.
But if you don't mind, add a little bit of salt when you're cooking with it.
Just pat it on there.
Now this is a teaspoon each, okay, by the way.
I'm going to save some of the rest of the seasoning so I can season my creamy sauce.
And pretty much this is how I season the salmon.
It's pretty much done.
I'm going to set it aside for now so we can cook the pasta.
Up next, we're going to start by boiling our pasta.
I have the water already boiling.
I am going to season it with some salt and chicken bouillon.
So about half tablespoon each.
Now I'm going to add in my pasta.
I'm using penne pasta, however you can use whatever pasta you like.
Give it a stir.
Now we're going to cover it, allow it to boil for about 7 to 10 minutes.
Now it's time to pan sear my salmon.
I'm going to drizzle some olive oil to my medium high heat skillet.
Alright, now I'm going to add my salmon right in there.
We're going to cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes per side, then flip over.
It is time for me to flip over my salmon.
As you can see, nice and beautiful.
We're going to let it go for another 3 minutes, then we'll take it out.
Alright guys, my salmon is done.
I'm going to carefully remove it and set it aside.
That is hot.
Okay, beautiful.
Now we're going to make the creamy sauce in the same skillet.
I'm going in with about 2 to 3 ounces of sun-dried tomatoes.
I like to fry these first.
That way all that sun-dried tomato flavor can release.
Also we're going in with some diced or chopped onion.
Going to give that a mix, just like this.
And I have about a tablespoon of minced garlic, the garlicky flavor, we need that in the pasta.
It's going to make it so tasty.
Also I have about 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
This is just for color, okay?
Make sure you fry the tomato paste, by the way.
Next, I'm going in with 1 cup of heavy whipping cream.
Add that in, yes ma'am.
Next, I'm going to add half a cup of my pasta water.
By the way, the pasta is done cooking.
And I'm going to add in a handful of spinach.
Now this is up to you, okay?
If you don't like spinach, you can just not use it, but a handful of spinach.
Also we're going in with the seasoning.
The remaining seasoning, I'm going to add it in there.
It's the Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, Old Bay, all of that good stuff in the salt.
I'm going to give it a nice mix, just like this.
You see how thick it is?
I'm going in with about a quarter cup of Parmesan cheese.
Mix it together.
That looks really, really good and creamy.
And now I'm going in with the pasta, okay?
I'm going to add my pasta in.
Stir it as you're adding it.
This is so good, y'all.
Already, yes, already.
I taste it already.
Everything is fine except it needs a little bit more salt and pepper, but it looks good.
I'm going to add a little bit more of that cheese.
Mix it together.
That looks great.
All right, guys, the pasta is looking good.
I'm going to add about one tablespoon of fresh parsley and also a little bit of salt and
pepper in there, about a quarter teaspoon or to your liking.
And mix it up just like that and make sure you taste it.
And it's pretty much ready to go.
The salmon is going over it and that is pretty much your Salmon Tuscan Pasta Delish.
All right, guys, it's time for the taste test.
Oh, my God, the aroma that is coming through my nose right now, to die for, okay?
Let's give it a try.
It smells so good.
Wow.
Now, when I said I want dinner, this is what I mean.
Absolutely a 10 out of 10.
Creamy, very, very flavorful.
The salmon perfectly cooked, something so simple, but yet so good.
I hope you guys give this recipe a try.
