Living on a TINY Island in Coron, Philippines with a 1 Year Old (No Land for MILES!)

[Music] [Music] you show me how to so tell me what you [Music] [Applause] thinking good morning everyone from literal desert island VI Paradise at this open Cliff face with these crazy waves crashing up against it it's only like 7:00 in the morning we're up bright and early we're at Club Paradise Palawan in Kuran and it's beautiful Kuran yeah where are we yeah there's Coral all over the beach the water is Crystal Clear it's just amazing waking up somewhere like this I literally woke up to the sound apart from Koda saying mama mama of waves on our doorstep of our little Villa so ifone around here welcome to the Vlog we're currently traveling around a few different places in the Philippines right now um so please hit the Subscribe button and give the video a thumbs up if you enjoy it today but we're just going to enjoy this walk to breakfast this morning I just am obsessed with these amazing big old pieces of wood like sticking out of the sea and it just looks unreal and we're in this we're surrounded by other other mountains and other Island it's just like magic it's unreal so very very very happy to be here and yeah hope you guys enjoyed the Vlog today and you guys can spend the day with us on this tiny remote island in the Philippines to give you guys an idea of where we are here's a map so literally this way behind me right now is just Open Water Open Sea for miles and miles and miles and miles we're at the very tip of Quran so yeah very special place to be very special way place to spend the weekend but the only problem we have this morning is Koda has lost a sandal so we got got back to the room last night thinking we had both issues look this morning there's only one so either one of the many monitor lizards on the island has taken it for its nest or we lost it last night by the pool so we need to go on ask [Music] reception so to give you a better idea this is where we're staying this is our room our Villa Sunset Villa they call it because you get Sunset right here and this is our walk to the beach in the morning so close we woke up open the curtains looked at the water heard the waves crashing in these Vlogs we try and we try and bring you here so I'm trying to describe as best I can the experience hear the birds last night we saw kind of bats that was interesting I did not know there were bats here but they were just flying overhead like just like birds just flying [Music] around hi thank you very much right to home M good what would you like for breakfast some [Music] pancakes and Mommy peer can say [Music] pepper that's a [Music] mistake pepper wow big ctle there's a there's a one word that kod says in an American accent because there's a song he listens to and it's the word word pepper as in the food you say pepper pepper say pepper yeah yeah yeah yeah they good boy thank you what's that BK BK yeah oh wow is that nice is it yummy happy so I know a lot of people are interested in how we're actually doing the traveling with a toddler with Koda with a 21 month old turning two in January and this is one of the little things the little hacks that we do back in the day obviously Luc and I would just come for breakfast and get our food and eat it but the kind of routine we get in Lucy goes and chooses some appropriate food for Koda meanwhile I prepare his water get his bib on sorry both of which I forgot this morning and this is the invisible water and bib that I cannot seem to find no I was vlogging it's also important um so yeah that's my little job and then like I feed Koda whilst Lucy goes and gets her breakfast or the other way around and then we kind of take it in turns basically and to give you an idea of what kind of thing we give him for breakfast from buffets we find hotel buffet quite easy to feed him because there's so many different things I always go to the salad bar he loves sweet conom then they normally have some s of sauted vegetables we've got some carrots and broccoli I found a carrot bread with some unsorted butter a little granola pot they might add sugar I don't know so I don't give them too much but it's good like for the dairy and stuff and the I think there's chia seeds in that couple of slices of cheese and then he always loves some scrambled eggs as well so nice and balanced is that nice is that awful nice where's that bib of yours say daddy where's my bib say Daddy bib bib please Daddy so I've gone for some I've gone for four scrambled eggs some potato waffles this is Fried Chicken wed not a waffle oh yeah potato wedges sorry thanks for the correction and some vegetables under here big big old in morning I don't wear underwear anymore so I'm on an island now really yeah you know what happened last time you didn't wear underwear on an island oh yeah okay I can't tell that story I can't tell that story that's very inappropriate okay breakfast finished and good news guys the missing sandal has been acquired so Koda has his shoes back on which is good and we're just down on the beach now we're going to go for some in the pool in a second but the weather is a bit better this morning than when we arrived yesterday so the sun's out and I can actually show you how this place looks in the sunlight because whoa what is that something just fell from this tree this green thing what's this guys comment below no idea I've never seen it kind of looks like it's about to start cooling off but I think it is some sort of is it a fruit or a plant of some sort um yeah this place really does look amazing in the sunlight although I can't see a thing cuz it's so bright the sand is so white and it's just reflecting up but this honestly the sea water is just Crystal Clear it's like bottled water take a look at this he nearly nearly jumped in the pool in his clothes are you serious so I was like okay let's go and see Mommy get changed first he's now stealing other children's [Music] breakfast don't CL your eyes wait until the night is over I'll show you hang on just a longer I will be yours you will be mine let it all fall and Twi so CL you're eyes [Music] guys this is just so surreal I'm just walking around the beach zoom out I'm in a dot in the middle of the ocean there's literal dinosaurs roaming these these mon lizards here they look exactly like dinosaurs I'm pretty sure they're a very very old species and um it's kind of surreal it's also very quiet today they had a big wedding here the other day and all those guests have now left so it's just super quiet and it's just surreal can't even explain it I'm just watching this dinosaur Ram about on the beach and I am calling them dinosaurs but yeah we're going to head to the pool now have a little swim and I think then Cody is going to go down for his SNP and I might go and do some snorkeling because apparently there's some amazing marine life here in Turtles and fish and yeah that should be really cool lizard bad there's so many animals here Cod aren't there what is it Cod what is it lizard he really fast liard he got a tail where's his tail point to the tail I do wonder what he would do if he didn't stop him would he touch the tail stop riding it yeah he's like horsey horsey let's go okay let's go get our stuff and go cool nice what wow sun's coming out what a beautiful day here Paradise literally like it doesn't get better I don't think I've said that in the Vlog so many times but this is it so they bought over some popsicles ice cold the tray come over she like do you guys want some popsicles mango and pineapple yes please delicious just what we need to cool down oh don't buy ice cream can you guys bite ice cream I really can't I have to lick it only I can't bite it my te pretty sensitive and but that's really cool that's something they have here where they just come around and like give you random treats throughout the day to cool you down or keep you refresh so so nice so I'm pleased because I managed to do the entire length of the pool underwater in one breath so proud of myself maybe you can hear that I can definitely smell it there are loads of bats on this island and every evening at Sunset they fly to the is it the mainland go to it's crazy they've got these like bats living here just in time for Halloween if you look up here you might to look but they're big and they're like orange and fluffy they're not how I thought all Bs were black but they're like orange and fluffy I don't understand they're like fuzzy bats but it's kind of surreal this is what you go to like a zoo to see but they're just chilling here and someone said to me at breakfast this morning there those of animals here but we're intruding on their habitat it's not the other way around we've just popped up a little house on their Island and I love that about this Resort they're sort of letting the animals be free and we just happen to be near them animal animals yeah can you say bats bats it's like cats but with a B did you see the bats can you see them look up look up in the sky in the tree say hi bat wait to the bats b wait say hi bat got a theory about this Resort they want us to keep eating they're constantly feeding us what's going on we've come back to the room to yet more food how nice and what's that is that coffee oh my God yes is it did you ask for it no I could really do it with coffee as well they
