Today, I introduced very simple Japanese pickles. This pickles goes well with many Japanese dishes. If you don't have all ingredients, you can make it. Today, I used specific salt and kombu, but you can use both ingredients which you have. I hope you'll enjoy Japanese pickles, Asazuke(浅漬け).
