In this video, I talk about why California is currently in a housing crisis and go over the data from the California Association Of Realtors' recent quarterly report that shows dire home affordability at 17% for single family homes and 24% for condos. Median homes prices are far too high, given the high interest rates and other rising costs of housing in the state of CA. I discuss the amount of income you would need to buy a home and a condo today at the current median home prices and other relevant information to the real estate market here in Cali.
