Embracing slow living our new village, as Spring turns to Summer in the English countryside. In this video I'm working in the new garden (with help of Rosa:), I'm taking you along to design my dream kitchen, I’m also baking sweet apricot rolls - perfect treat for Summer. Join me for a peaceful days of baking, gardening and living in the rhythm of the season.

Instead of the traditional filling of sugar, cinnamon and butter, I used apricot jam and finished them with a light glaze made from powdered sugar and water.
