One Sunday at the end of September, I was in my little house nestled in the hills of Marche.
Time passed slowly: I sewed a dress, baked apple muffins, watched the rain fall while my tea warmed.

Outside, the sky changed color; inside, the aroma of the oven and my crafts filled the air.

In this simple day, made up of small details and quiet gestures, I rediscovered a rhythm that was like my own.

APPLE MUFFIN RECIPE
3 eggs * 300g all-purpose flour * 190g sugar * 180g seed oil * 180g milk * 1 packet baking powder * 1 teaspoon cinnamon * 3-4 apples
Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes
