B. Jewelry Jar Opening With Me from a Thrift Shop: Full of Vintage Haul of Gold Silver Costume Jewelry?

Hello friends, welcome back to the channel and as you know I'm a treasure hunter. I look for jewelry, antiques, valuables in thrift stores and I bought this jar of jewelry at a thrift store called Value Village and I paid $39.99 for it and I had a coupon for 20% off and what we're gonna do is open it up together because I don't really know what's in it. I could only see from the outside all what looks like diamonds and gold and silver and pearls but we're gonna see if we have any treasures in here. I have found Chanel, I have found Pandora, Tiffany, Louis Vuitton although it looked pretty fake. I found gold, silver, you name it. So what are we gonna find in this one here? Let's cut it open and see. Beautiful green brooch. It definitely looks vintage. It's kind of a silver tone. Seems to be in good shape. The back is open behind the stones. Pretty, pretty neat. Okay that's a keeper and yes my voice has changed. I've been sick all week and I haven't put out any videos so I'm sorry. Yeah I'll try to get through this. That's really, really pretty. Missing a stone, missing a stone. So it's obviously a ring. I don't know, kind of gaudy. Nonetheless you don't know what you're gonna find in a jewelry jar. So this unboxing could lead to treasures, it could lead to trash. Will I break even or will I make some money on this jar? That's what we want to know. That's really pretty. That's a really nice necklace and it's in perfect condition actually. Exciting. Look at that. That's gorgeous. It's stunning. All right. Oh, oh my gosh a butterfly. Gold with crystals and kind of silver. That's really sweet. Look at that. You see that? Really, really beautiful. Yeah that's definitely nice. And next we have what appears to be a little angel and it's marked JK Angel. A little screw there. It looks like an ornament. It seems to be intact too. She has a little purse, little feeties. That's adorable. Adorable. So far this jar is really nice. Can't go wrong with a beaded stretchy bracelet. Oh I can't stand my voice. Oh I just couldn't wait any longer guys. I'm sorry. I've been sick for days. Unreal. Okay that's not going to stop me tonight. Oh that is nice. Look at those rhinestones. So pretty and the clasp is fine and it's thick. It's chunky. It's very, very big. Oh this unjarring is going really, really good. I love to unbox jewelry. I just love it. These mystery jars. I swear it's what I live for. No way. Oh look at this. Oh that is so precious. Every color in the rainbow. I love it. I think it's for a little kid's neck. I'm pretty sure. Isn't that nice? That is so pretty. I love the blue. I love the blue. Gorgeous. Kind of a gold, a brassy gold tone. Very pretty. Very, very pretty. And we have a couple of bangles. I don't see any markings on them. Some are missing crystals. Okay but otherwise pretty nice piece. Not bad. Another one. I guess the chain broke. I'm missing some pearls. That's too bad. Okay well it's not going to all be winners right? Oh that is neat. Great big star brooch. Missing some stones. I could scrounge around and probably find something to put in there and I think it'd be just fine. That is pretty. I could make an ornament out of it for you know Christmas. And this is okay this will go into the crafting pile. It's obviously a part of a necklace. It's missing well the necklace. Okay aha nice ring. Yeah the bow. It's really pretty. All the colors of the rainbow. I just painted my nails. I'm up close like this. You guys see all the flaws. I cut my finger before Christmas on a cheese grater of all things. I got a story about that too. This is cute. I love it. Okay so I was at a thrift store. Where else would I be? And I saw this cheese grater. Oh my what is this? This is missing something. Oh okay look I think it was a pendant of some sort. It's missing something. This is really pretty. And I was at the thrift store and I saw this cheese grater for ten dollars and it was a name brand. And I just went like this and I said whoa that thing is sharp. I'm taking it home with me. So I get home. So this is broken. That's too bad. There is a hallmark inside. I don't know if you see that. It looks like it's right here. Can you see that? Tell me in the comments what you see. Tell me in the comments. Obviously it's missing some pieces. So yeah so I get home and I was really excited about it. I put it away and then I wanted to do some cranberry bread for Christmas which involves grating some orange peels. Yeah junk. And so I went I went to grate the orange on the grater and those prongs actually stuck out further than a regular grater. And when I was grating I hit my thumb and I couldn't believe it. It was so bad. Yeah we had to put glue on it otherwise I was going to go to the hospital. That's how bad it was. So that grater I can't use it. I just won't do it. It's just it's just too sharp and now I know why they probably donated it because it was in perfect condition. So I'm probably the second one to lose a chunk of flesh. Okay this guy here is interesting. Very neat ring. I'm missing some stones but it's a very nice ring. Okay uh rings rings. I'll put you over here. So that's my grater story. Now that's very pretty. Costume jewelry. Very very nice. Oh my look at the back. And it seems to have all the stones. It's not marked. It's obviously costume. And it's in perfect condition from what I see. Nice plums. A little oh no we're missing a stone right here. Ah of course. Okay all right. What do we have here? Angel wing. That's kind of neat actually. Kind of neat. It seems to have all its crystals. Pretty cool. Lots of rings in this jewelry jar. Pretty fun jar so far. All right what am I looking at here? So something broke. I guess I would have went like this and somewhere along the line that would be the the focal point. This is funny it's on cord. I I just I don't get it but and it's really attached. Well it needs a bit of repair. Maybe it's salvageable. Maybe. And what do we have here? Oh this is nice. Okay. Are you marked? Oh yeah. Anne Klein. There we have it. Do you see that? Anne Klein. I think it's just missing a ring here to hold everything together. But you know okay at this point I think I got my money's worth. I think so. But I'm not like ecstatic about it. Oh I take that back. I am ecstatic about it. Look at that. Look at that. That's a lovely ring. It's like all clustered and I love blue. I don't see blue and green together too often but when I do and oh let's look inside. That is a nice ring. I don't see markings. I wish I did. What do you think? I think it's quite lovely. Very nice. Yeah the rings are kind of paying off tonight. That's pretty. Oh eye teasing. Very lovely. Look at that. Oh my. Oh I love this. I want to put it on right now actually. Big gorgeous stones. Look at those beads. Oh I love it. I absolutely love it. Go in there and kind of like a cross with crystal. I guess it would hold like that. At first I thought it was a bit like a spaceship but no. Look at that. That is that glass is really really nice. Look how nice that is. So we have crystals. We have like emerald like and we have kind of like rubies. That is really pretty. I don't see any hallmarks. It's just a nice piece. Just a nice conversation piece. Almost like a top. All right. And a nice beaded necklace with a flower. That's really pretty. Like really nice. This guy's really pretty. So this would have went I'm assuming right here. Yeah that's nice. Yeah it probably came off right there. That's a nice piece though. Just look at that. You have the reds the greens and gold. Very very pretty. Another ring. These are really spoiling me with the rings tonight. Black. All black. That's the paint. I'm gonna call it the paint. It's starting to peel off. So we know that it's not anything special but you know it's a nice Halloween ring perhaps. Oh that's too bad. That's missing stones. But look at the colors. It goes from like orangey red to magenta to purples. That's really pretty though. And another ring really. How many rings do I need? This one's nice. I like this a lot. Oh look at that. Will it fit here? Back of it. That is a really pretty ring. Well we're getting to the bottom of this jar pretty fast. Way faster than I thought. That's a that's definitely a nice ring. But it's a very very nice choker. Look at the center. Isn't that nice? Very very nice actually. Very nice piece. This jar is just loaded with jewels. And we have us another earring. This time a pink and gold. Missing stones. Good for crafting projects. If you like to make ornaments for the old Christmas tree or jewelry artwork that's framed. Oh and another one. Okay so that would have been a pendant. Probably on a necklace. Maybe things were dangling down so somebody could um redo this into something nice you know. It's not all lost but that's the thing we don't know what we're gonna find. We're treasure hunting. Buying a mystery jewelry jar that has not been opened. Okay this could have been oh my gosh part of a sandal. I'm not sure. It doesn't attach to itself so it's just kind of just kind of a random piece. All right that would be for crafts. Definitely. And another earring. That was really pretty though. Oh I love that. Look at the golds. The pearl. The paint is coming off of the pearl. Can you see that? So just kind of yeah. Oh cheapo. We'll just put it over here. Bring all this jewelry in. Yes. That one is nice. Oh gosh. Look at that. Isn't that beautiful? I hope there's two in there. That's another thing. A lot of lone earrings in jewelry jars. Really? Another ring? Do I need another ring? Uh yeah. It's really nice. That's kind of a smoky. Oh gosh. It has some dark brown plum to it. You see that? Almost root beer. Yeah I'm gonna call it root beer. And inside are you marked? I don't see any markings but I like it a lot. Totally like that. Really nice ring. Another one. Well the rings have been fantastic in this jar. Absolutely fantastic. Another lone earring. Okay. Yes we have another one. Oh pretty yellow. That is stunning. Absolutely stunning. Come on give me another one like that. That's really nice. Look at that. Wow. It's gorgeous. Don't you love jewelry? So do I. Beautiful. Beautiful. And again another earring. Are you marked? It's really big. A lot of crystals on one side and then nothing on the other. Oh that's a second one of those. Oh no it's not. Oh no it's not. Okay it's black. We had one similar in the purples if I remember right. That's so nice. The blacks and the silvers. So nice. Another ring. Really? Okay. Okay. So it's kind of a rope. You know rope style. Okay let's look at you. That's really really nice. Getting down to some very very interesting finds now. Look at that color. Oh my god. Isn't that stunning? I love it. I love it. So this is the one that fell on the ground. Tiny gold piece earring. Unmarked tiny diamonds. It's funny it looks like it's gold like for real. It just has the look. It's dainty and if it is gold I wouldn't be surprised if those are diamonds. Even though they're specks. Oh this is vintage. Vintage. Unmarked. Unmarked vintage. Pretty. It looks like a wreath. Kind of emeralds, diamonds, pearls, gold. That is gorgeous. Look at that. I can't get enough of this one. I just can't. Love it. Love it. And another little earring. Just a pearl. It's that. And something else. Kind of neat. You just don't know what you're gonna find in a old jewelry jar from a thrift store full of mysteries. Oh oh that's kind of interesting down there. Okay I seen something interesting at the bottom. Let's wait and see. Another earring by itself. Okay I like the color. I like the color a lot. Very pretty. Oh whoa. No that's nice. That's really nice. Why do you have to only be one? Look at that. Look at that. Stunning. You could take this off and put it on a necklace. Yeah and I think I will. That's gorgeous. Gorgeous piece. And another little earring. Purple. There's something at the bottom of that jar telling you it might be worth the wait. So we have kind of a silver with a little purple guy. And so a little bit of a that and all the rhinestones are there. You turn this into something else. Definitely hey. Definitely. A couple things left. And we have a sandal that says Hawaii. And it is Leah. L-I-A. Leah. Hawaii. And last but not least a stick pin with an emerald. Emerald and gold. Look at that. Look at that. Amazing. That's a nice find. That's old. That's definitely old.
