My easy air fryer roasted potatoes are the best. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these air fryer potato wedges are the perfect appetizer, side dish, or snack! I've gone with a classic seasoning made with paprika and garlic powder for this recipe, but the options are endless! I like to bake my potatoes on air fry. When you air fried potato wedges, you get the same crispy exterior as deep frying but with only a fraction of the oil.

🥔 Ingredients:
- 5 Potatoes (750g)
- 1.5Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 Tsp Onion powder (Optional)
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
*Freshly chopped parsley or coriander leaves to garnish
