AMAZING Abandoned Four Million Dollar Toronto Dream Mansion - With Power

what is up guys welcome back to another free photography abandoned mansion adventure today guys i'm joined by my friend so sincere and we are checking out this awesome very leaky assumed to be very moldy mansion in southern ontario canada there he is right there so sincere lobbing along there with this with his club foot anyways you guys have seen this on a few other channels and now it's my turn to you guys are going to love it so what are we going to do guys cue the music cue the intro see you guys on the other side [Music] so [Music] all right so we're going to start right here at the main door i haven't even walked through i have no idea what we're going to find i haven't watched anybody else's videos i've only seen some pictures so i don't know what we have in store and what we're going to find here but just look at this front main foyer when you walk in this staircase this huge chandelier there's so much water damage in this one it's crazy when the water when the weather gets warmer this place is going to be full of black mold it's going to be disgusting guys so here we got an office here and we got a little mirror we can give a little what is up guys in that mirror there we got a roll of toilet paper if anybody's interested got a desk here all the windows are completely full of water and condensation there's an alarm panel back here see that and it's got a it's got a it's got a warning on it so there's your front door and again you can see all the condensation not looking good guys this place is going to go downhill really fast all right we're going to work our way around here go into the what i'm guessing is the living room and the floor is really starting to warp from all the water damage and uh got a fireplace and again so the floor is just the floors are soaked to the whole house more condensation here on the windows and uh this one's a little bit of a higher there you go what's up guys got a little mirror right there i'll slow down here and give you guys a nice shot of this room and then here's where you would have had your dining room table a big light fixture fixture over the table got some artwork here on the wall very elaborate in here with the lighting and the decorating and then head on into the kitchen and the floor is completely warped in the kitchen here from all the water damage and we've got enough we got an iphone charger here a philips iphone charger i bet you still works fireplace and this is a unique this is a wooden spiral staircase you don't often see a wooden spiral staircase and then here's where all the damage is in the kitchen you got this green kitchen here and just last week there was water pouring down here from upstairs which is what ruined all of this on the ceiling so thankfully now that we're here the water's stopped running but i'm afraid the damage is done here guys check out this light fixture wow that is crazy it's so ugly and then i'll give you guys a view of this kitchen here very green very green kitchen in a very white house there's still power you can see the lights on here on this on the fridge and the clock is on on the microwave there let that light turn on there can't get no ice nope can't get any ice guys no ice today we got some pine cones here anyways what a mess look pan around here i wonder if these lights will turn on oh the lights come on look at that guys the lights on oh i see like watch see that lights on oh that's dangerous wow wow that is so dangerous that that there's power with so much water damage hey guys all right let's head through here okay dj so sincere he went upstairs so we're gonna stay here on the main floor your ironing board here what's up bathroom what's up guys lots of mirrors in this bathroom hey what's up guys there's two of me check this out this is interesting a weird sort of feature to have here huh i will have information for you guys on uh the value of this house how much money it's worth i don't happen to have that right now that's a nice bed eh that and look at the condensation on the bottom of the blinds wow this house is done for see can't even get what is up guys in this mirror because it's all uh full of condensation i think i've said condensation more times in this video than i have in my whole life does this work see i don't think it works we got a garage in here got here guys there's their garage guys okay there you go all right moving right along here okay there's a skylight up there there's clubfoot dj so sincere all right let's hope we can see down here it's pretty bad down here ugh carpet's all sloppy i can't believe that the lights are on in this place wow which way are we gonna go guys there's so many rooms it's so disgusting oh check this out hey all that natural light coming down that's nice and we got some black molds starting to form and then here's the bottom of that wooden spiral staircase that we saw earlier [Applause] oh you can hear the sloppiness of the carpet of my feet in the carpet that's a nice staircase look at this light barely hanging on i'm not going to turn any lights on down here i'll get electrocuted i don't want to spend much time down here because the uh air is very thick and it's not good for breathing down here guys okay take a quick walk over here see what's in this room this is private guys okay oh there's a bar in here okay all right we're just going to look quickly i don't want to spend a lot of time in here but there's your bar right there okay and then if you look at the floor the bottoms of the studs are missing that's really weird what that's all about okay let's go head upstairs okay see you guys in a minute okay let's go upstairs [Music] that's nice me and my big clunky shoes another bathroom here what's up guys master bedroom guys check out this bathroom guys holy crap look at that tub what's up guys pink toilet pink bidet it's nice eh another big mirror you guys say it this time the water working in here that's how it looks but they turn the water off yeah this place is beautiful this place is beautiful guys the tub hey look at the tub ah wow this bedroom is huge walk-in closet what look at this this is massive what's up guys this place is massive two walk-in closets two i wonder if this is power has power still let's see let's see here nope [Applause] doesn't work guys [Applause] you got this huge chandelier [Applause] all these lights are on see that lights work look at this over here this is not this thing get nice and close to it wow take a look down the stairs here [Music] i'll turn the chandelier on okay i'm gonna push the buttons guys ready watch nope oh yep there we go there it is all the lights are on now hmm [Music] this now vacant mansion in toronto ontario was once listed for 930 thousand dollars in january of 2004 [Music] fast forward 16 years to 2020 and this very same home sold for five times that price to the tune of 4.5 million dollars this 5 000 square foot home has five bedrooms and six bathrooms with a two-car garage and parking space for up to eight vehicles [Music] inside you'll find a sun-filled home with extraordinary high ceilings in the foyer a large skylight and a fantastic chandelier other features include a jacuzzi a bar sauna fireplace rec room and more [Music] just prior to my visit there were photos and videos showing a steady stream of water pouring from the second floor into the kitchen area resulting in severe basement flooding and water damage this went on while there was still power to the home and could have resulted in a serious fire the water leak had somehow been shut off but the power remained connected and the home had not yet been secured [Music] in the days shortly following my visit the home had been badly vandalized and its condition continues to get worse however this large mcmansion will be demolished to make way for a three-story six-unit townhouse block [Music] okay guys that's gonna be a wrap on
