House with a Mediterranean style - Ilhabela

A house with a Mediterranean feel, a total deconstruction of what we are used to as architecture. No plumbing, no level, no refined finish. And an incredible result. A different architecture from what we are used to seeing. Starting with a very rough door, made of rough pieces of wood, of caimans and vines, which brought this 2x2 door. Rolled stone, stone floor, here on the walls. A more colonial look, with lime. So, a lot of deconstruction of what we believe as architecture. And the result is incredible. The house is beautiful, very clear, 2x2 floor, ventilation. A very nice house, with a beach look. That house that you say, I'm going to my beach house. When the person arrives, he or she will say, man, this is really a beach house. I'll show you the sink first, let's start here. Let's start with the sink. First, there is a beautiful copper pot here. Several light bulbs here, which are bird nests. Very cool. There are several bird nests here. Look how cool it is. This house caught my attention, it has a mictorium, both in the sink and in the master suite. Here, a part of the cover of the sink, and here it has an external garden, which comes out here and goes to the main entrance. So, if you get out of the garage, you're running, and if you don't want to go to the bathroom, you can go out here. This project is very cool, and it is this footprint of the house, very green inside the house, which brings this lightness, this external air face, inside. Here coming a lot of space, the rooms are all integrated with the kitchen, beautiful kitchen for you to receive your friends. A breeze coming in here, a very cool place, very nice. So, from the kitchen, I spoke today in another video about the mirror, so here from the kitchen you can reflect all the blue of the sea, all the view to the sea. So, here in the kitchen you have a kitchen, a jacuzzi facing the sea, with a complete view of the sea. Here, further on, you have a TV and a star, very green, this is very cool. It brings an external space face, inside, the green, so this face is more built. Here again, a staircase with trunks, with larger beams, reuse beams, so it was very cool, because with the white it was very good. So, a lot of movement, but at the same time the composition was very interesting. Here a cork, the cork, for those who don't know, is a trap to catch fish, it was used as a lamp here, it was very cool. Pay attention to the lining here, they used a linen lining, this linen is very cool, we, who are old Caixara, here on the island, we used these linings to go to the beach, at the time there was no air conditioning, so in the afternoon we took these linings, rolled up, went to the beach, stayed until the night, when it was cooler, to go home. So, this also tells a lot of the story of Alhambra. Coming here, the puller is a row, the master suite is very cool, because it has a huge closet, it has a mini TV room, a very cool bathroom for you here, this bathroom here is an experience, a box with two showers, and this counter here, I found it very interesting. Again, the house is built with very rough materials, with rougher finishes, all the wall is made of beam, and at the same time it brings a lot of lightness, the composition was very interesting. It's different from what we're used to in our conventional architecture. So, a house that comes out of the curve, shows a different design option, and that works, and that talks to our climate, because the house is super cool. A suite here, the bedroom part, very wide, here in this corner, a TV room is still mounted inside the suite, and it also has an external balcony, super big, the view here is surreal. The day the wind comes in here, the east wind, people sail right ahead, the sea is all colorful, full of sails, so it's a very interesting experience to have a house here. For you who are a sailor, who enjoys nautical sports, it's a great option for you, to be nearby, go down to Praia da Armação, enjoy your sailboat during the day, and in the afternoon you can contemplate an incredible house like this one. Following the corridor, we have another suite, on the other side of the room, this one is a smaller suite, a conventional suite, let's call it that, the building style is the same, also a lot of glass, also 100% open to the sea, this one looks a little more to the north, so it has a view to the Canas farm, to that colonial house, which people who know the island here already know. The bathroom has a similar style, a little smaller, there is a closet in this bathroom, which is very interesting, so you have this bathroom space and there is a closet here.
