If you're a real estate agent feeling MAJOR BURNOUT from juggling every social media platform, this video is a game-changer!
Discover the platform that suits YOU best and reignite your passion for real estate marketing. Say goodbye to overwhelm and hello to success!
If you are a realtor who is so tired of all the conflicting information out there,
of having to be on all these different social media platforms, posting just to post,
and really feeling that burnout, then this is the video for you.
And I get it, it is so hard because every time there's a new social media platform,
or every time your pipeline starts getting a little bit low on leads,
the first advice that we usually get is that we have to start posting.
And I get it, you might be on that hamster wheel of creating content
just to create content, posting just to post, and you might be feeling that burnout
and despising social media platforms every time you open up your phone.
Because let's be real, when you're doing something that's not working and creating results,
it's easy to hate it.
But what if you don't necessarily hate content?
What if you hate creating content that just doesn't convert for you?
Like honestly, if you were able to open up your Instagram, for example,
and know that that day when you went to post, you were going to, without a doubt,
lead to an appointment being set for your business,
or lead to attracting a dream client into your business,
who was eager and ready to buy a home in the future with you,
you would be more than happy to post consistently,
and you would make it a cornerstone of your routine.
You would never miss a day of posting on social media
if you knew without a doubt that it was going to lead to the best results, right?
So again, you might not hate social media or hate creating content.
You might just really dislike doing something that you know isn't working for you,
but that you feel obligated to do,
because all the talking heads out there say that you have to do it
in order to be a successful real estate agent.
While I do think that you have to have a presence on social media today
in order to be perceived as a credible real estate agent,
and while I do know as a fact that you can create
unbelievable success in your business by generating leads
and staying top of mind with your database,
your clients, past clients, future clients, friends, family,
anybody who can refer you,
social media can be an amazing tool to help you procure
even more business from that group of people.
There is a ton of value.
I totally understand that.
However, if it's not done the right way,
and you don't have the right strategy,
you are going to absolutely hate social media in your business.
And I don't want you to be stuck in that place.
I want you to feel empowered.
I want you to feel as if every day you open up your phone
for Instagram or Facebook or TikTok,
you know that you are just a few taps away
from connecting with your next dream client.
Now, there's a lot that I could say to this topic
that I can't fit into a quick YouTube video.
So I'm going to take just a moment to let you know
that I am hosting a live training this week coming up,
where I'm going to walk you through how to go from lost to boss,
where I'm sharing modern real estate tactics to attract, connect, and scale.
These are the systems that you need to get paid consistently,
connect with dream clients, and keep your sanity while you're at it.
So the link to save your seat for that training is below.
And this is some of my best new content.
So I'd love to have you there.
I want to start the conversation here
with what the best platform for real estate agents is.
What if I told you that you didn't have to post
on every single social media platform,
and you didn't have to have a crazy multi-pronged social media strategy
that included dancing on TikToks,
and doing the perfect curated aesthetic posts on Instagram,
and commenting on people for 20 million hours a day on Facebook?
I know that's exaggerated, but like sometimes it feels like that.
What if instead I told you that there is just one or two social media platforms
that you need to show up on consistently
for about 20 to 30 minutes every single day,
that will without a doubt lead you to setting at least an appointment a week
and closing multiple deals a month from.
And if you're not already seeing results like this,
if your social media strategy is not leading you
to generating an appointment a week
and closing one to two deals a month from this organically without paying for ads,
then you are already missing out on so much potential in your business.
Are you ready for what the platform is?
The best platform for real estate agents to post on
is the one or two platforms where their ideal clients are hanging out.
Ta-da!
I know that seems kind of like a cop-out answer,
but here's the thing.
This is sound advice that we have proven time and time again
in the Market Authority Academy.
In fact, we just did this with a realtor in the Pacific Northwest,
and he's a newer agent with us in the Market Authority Academy.
This realtor was so excited to begin growing his business on social media,
and he really had a lot of inspiration as he was creating a YouTube channel,
getting on a Facebook, getting on an Instagram,
and really putting all of his effort into a social media strategy.
And for a while, all he really heard was crickets.
He was posting and creating all this content
and really spending quite a lot of time on his social media strategy,
but he wasn't really seeing the results that he was expecting to see
with how much work and effort he was putting into it.
And in going through our brand builder process,
he found that by identifying his ideal clients
and really actually doing a little bit of research
on where they were hanging out on social media,
they weren't hanging out on TikTok.
They weren't even really hanging out on Instagram,
but they were spending multiple hours a day on Facebook.
And luckily for him, Facebook happened to be his favorite platform too,
because it was a platform that was convenient for him
to hop on multiple times a day to engage with his people,
and it was a platform that he felt comfortable with.
He knew a lot about engaging and creating content on Facebook,
but other platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
felt a little bit unauthentic for him to be hanging out on each day.
And so with this knowledge,
he allowed himself to trim down his social media strategy by two-thirds
and go all in on Facebook.
And instead, he was spending a lot more time on Facebook,
but overall far less time on social media content in general.
This allowed him to get super, super clear
on exactly who it was that he needed to be targeting with his content
so that he could start consistently setting appointments,
generating leads, and closing deals.
This approach is also way less stressful for him
and it's going to lead to so much less overwhelm
because now he can focus on the things that he knows actually matter
with the confidence that he has the right strategy in place
to help his business grow.
Doesn't that sound like a way better outcome
than instead having this crazy harebrained approach
to mastering all the social media platforms,
creating content endlessly only for no response at the end?
Again, if your social media strategy is not consistently leading you
to setting at least one appointment per week
and generating multiple deals per month,
then you are kind of missing the mark there.
Now I want you to ask yourself whether or not you know for a fact
you are posting on the right social media platforms for you.
Not whatever social media guru is saying you need to post on
and not what you feel like you're supposed to post on,
but what is actually going to put you in direct connection
with your ideal clients.
And if you are answering that with a resounding no,
then let's talk.
I have that live training this week that you can hop on.
So again, all the details are in the show notes below.
And if you are watching this video after that training is live,
you can get the recording as well with the link in the caption.
If you want to skip the learning curve though
and get straight up to the actual transformative strategy,
kind of like what I mentioned with our friend in the Pacific Northwest
who was able to completely shift his attention
and energy to exactly where it needed to be,
then book a call with me in the Market Authority Academy
where we are helping real estate agents achieve
this kind of clarity and confidence every single day.
All the details for that, book a call with me
and learn more about the Market Authority Academy coaching program
is below as well.
Thanks so much for tuning in.
Until next time, keep on crushing it.
