Kayak Fishing Destin Florida - Choctawhatchee Bay Redfish and Trout. I only had a couple weeks left in Florida so I wasnt gonna let some dense fog rob me of a morning of fishing. Against better judgement I set out in my Hobie outback into the fog of Choctawhatchee Bay in search of some Redfish and Trout. Fortunately I found my way into quite a few fish and had an excellent morning fishing and by the time I was done all the fog had burned off.
