Today, we'll be going over 3 of my favorite glute exercises and how to properly perform them for maximum glute engagement! Glute exercises like these are great for warming up & activating your glutes for a lower body workout so that you can better isolate and target them.
We'll also go over a quick glute activation routine you can do with these three exercises for your next leg day!

Glute Activation Routine:
*Do this as part of your warm-up before your next lower body day!
1) Fire Hydrants (using the Pink Vulkans Fitness Resistance Band) | 12 reps/leg
2) Donkey Kicks (using the Pink Vulkans Fitness Resistance Band) | 12 reps/leg
3) Glute Bridges Pyramid Set:
a. 15 reps using the Pink Vulkans Fitness Resistance Band
b. 12 reps using the Light Grey Vulkans Fitness Resistance Band
c. 9 reps using the Darker Grey Vulkans Fitness Resistance Band
Repeat 1-3 one right after the other.
Rest for 1-2 minutes seconds and repeat for a total of 3-4x.
