
STEP BY STEP Full Body Workout at the Gym
Hello, my babes!
SO sorry it's been so long! My computer and editing software have been relentlessly giving me problem after problem, but I think we've solved the issues now and will hopefully be back to a normal schedule soon!!
Today, we'll be doing a beginner to intermediate full body workout at the gym!

BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE GYM FULL BODY WORKOUT:
5-minute warm-up on the Stairmaster. 1:00
1) Leg Press | 4 sets of 12 reps 6:40
2) Chest Press | 4 sets of 12 reps 14:14
3) Wide-Grip Lat Pulldowns | 4 sets of 12 reps 20:34
4) a. Dumbbell Bicep Curls | 12 reps 27:06
b. Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extensions | 12 reps 28:35
c. Rest for 1-2 minutes.
Repeat a-c for a total of 4x.
5-minute cool-down on the Treadmill.
Rest for 1 minute in between set (feel free to rest longer if you need!).
