Today, we'll be doing a 30-minute beginner to intermediate lower body/leg workout at the gym!

1) Smith Machine Squats | 4x10 reps 8:35
2) Leg Press | 4x12 reps 14:51
3) Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs) | 4x12 reps 21:31
4) Stationary Lunges | 4x12 reps/leg 29:44

Rest for 1 minute in between set (feel free to rest longer if you need!).
