Today, we'll be going over 5 common Romanian Deadlift (RDL) mistakes to avoid doing and how to fix them!
I've made all these mistakes myself, so never feel bad if you find that you might be making any of these. I continue to critique and fix my form every time I'm at the gym even now years into my fitness journey--no one's form will be perfect for every exercise all the time!
(Yes, I have a bruise on the back of my calf. It's healed now.)
