Hey, babes!
Today, we'll be doing a beginner-friendly booty workout using only dumbbells that you can do right from home. This workout will target our overall glutes. To make it more challenging, increase the weights of the dumbbells you're using.
This video is in a step by step form so you can follow along with me throughout the entire workout if you want. However, please feel free to also take a screenshot of the workout diagram included right before the workout begins and right after the entire workout ends if you prefer to workout at your own pace.

BEGINNER BOOTY BLAST WORKOUT:
1:50 1) Glute Bridges | 4x12 full reps + 12 half reps
8:08 2) Reverse Lunges | 4x12 reps/leg
16:25 3) Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs) | 4x12 reps w/ a 3-second negative
25:20 4) Laying Lateral Leg Raises | 4x12 reps/leg
Rest for 1 minute in between each set.
If you're not sure how much weight to use, I always recommend starting with the lightest weight possible, and when you can comfortably perform 12-15 reps with proper form, then increase the weight.
