Hey, besties!

In this video, we'll be doing a beginner-friendly upper body workout using only dumbbells that you can do right from home. This workout will target our upper body from our chest and shoulders to back, biceps, and triceps.
To make it more challenging, increase the weights of the dumbbells you're using.

This video is in a step-by-step form so you can follow along with me throughout the entire workout if you want.

BEGINNER-FRIENDLY DB-ONLY UPPER BODY WORKOUT:
a. DB Floor Presses | 12 reps
b. Bent-Over DB Rows | 12 reps
c. DB Front Raises | 12 reps
d. DB Tricep Kickbacks | 12 reps/arm
e. 21s
f. Rest for 90 seconds.
Repeat a-f for a total of 4x.

If you're not sure how much weight to use, I always recommend starting with the lightest weight possible, and when you can comfortably perform 12-15 reps with proper form, then increase the weight.
