thank you Mr Speaker House Bill 9 all it does is it establishes uh the Kentucky oversight uh I'm sorry the Kentucky Medicaid oversight and Advisory Board uh all we're doing we had this bill last year we passed it out of committee we passed it off the the house floor but all all we are seeking to do uh is on Medicaid uh the second largest budget item in our current state budget uh a program that affects one in three Kentucky kyans currently on it and providers all across the state all we're doing is we're getting the Executive Branch the legislative branch uh and third parties together in the room it's modeled a it's modeled after public pension oversight board um so that we can better sit down at one table um get some information and decide what policy prescriptions we want to make for Medicaid moving forward that's what the bill does Mr Speaker um happy to answer any questions um otherwise I move for passage of house build mine
