This ab workout will help you to lose stubborn belly fat and get a toned flat stomach, especially when you combine this with our FREE 6 Week Shred workout program and a healthy diet!

The format for this six pack workout is simple. You have 1 minute to complete 3 different abs exercises, 10 reps each. As soon as you finish with the 30 reps you can rest for the remainder of the time. After 1 minute is finished we'll repeat those same exercises again for another minute – rest when finished. Finally, we'll complete those same sets a 3rd time for another minute then we'll take a 30 second rest and move on to the next complex ab exercises. Just follow along on screen and you'll find that it's pretty simple.
