獨家Busy Busy Honey Bee

I went to Bidadari Park originally to take pictures of birds, but when I got there, I saw a lot of bees busy collecting pollen among the flowers of a kind of grass called Black-jack. Maybe this is the season when the Black-jack flowers are in full bloom.

In nature, different species often have a reciprocal relationship. Bees need to collect pollen and bring it back to the hive to make honey. Plants need these insects to help transfer pollen to other flowers so that they can bear fruit and survive.

Photographing bees is an exciting process. They don’t fly very fast and will stay at each flower for some time. You simply have to point your camera at a flower and wait for them to fly over.
