獨家白鶺鴒趴趴走 White Wagtail Moving Around

在日本，白鶺鴒是一種常見的鳥類，主要是它們很能適應人類的環境，尤其是有水池的公園。它們以昆蟲為主食。喜歡在空曠的地面上尋找獵物，如停車場，公園的草地上等等。

白鶺鴒的分佈很廣，從歐洲，北非到亞洲都有它們的足跡。每年進入冬天的時候，它們會南遷到比較溫暖的地區去過冬。所以到了年底，處在熱帶的新加坡也能發現它們。

白鶺鴒的體態纖細。時時刻刻都在上下擺動它們的長尾巴。這也是它們英文名稱“Wagtail”的由來。至於爲什麽它們會有這種擺尾巴的習性，雖然有各種説法，但是還沒有任何定論。



In Japan, white wagtails are a common bird, mainly because they are well adapted to human environments, especially parks with pools. They feed mainly on insects and like to look for prey in open areas, such as parking lots and grass fields in parks.

White Wagtails are widely distributed, from Europe, and North Africa to Asia. Every year when winter comes, they migrate south to warmer areas to spend the winter. So by the end of the year, they can also be found in tropical Singapore.

The white wagtail has a slender body. Its long tails wag up and down all the time, which is also the origin of its English name, "Wagtail." Although various theories exist about why they have this habit, there is no conclusion yet.
