On this episode, we venture to three underwater humps off the South Coast called The Shallows. Using a technique called slow-pitch jigging, we hook into a great variety of beautiful bottom fish. Then we take our catch to an incredible restaurant called Local and Co. at the North of the island. These fish are pretty rare to find in these waters, so we hope you enjoy the excitement!
