Canouan, Grenadines Reef Slay Day (Catch, Clean, Cuisine)

Episode 1 of our trip in the Grenadines. The boys took the boat down from Barbados to Sandy Lane Yacht Club in Canuoan, a beautiful island in the Grenadines chain just south of Mustique. This place has reef fish we could only dream of in Barbados. So many red hinds, mutton snapper, and deep water fish caught incredibly shallow. We end up taking the boat to Salt Whistle Bay in Mayreau for a local coal grill fish bbq. What an epic day.
