Arkansas State Police & Little Rock PD take down Dodge Dart full of minors #pursuit #chase

Report:

On 9/2/2024 at approximately 12:45 AM I, Trooper Jackson Shumate #242, was advised by Troop A Communications that Little
Rock Police Department was in pursuit of a black Dodge Dart with no license plate in the area of 32nd St and Fair Park Rd and
they were requesting State Police assistance. I intercepted the pursuit on Asher Ave at University Ave. I took primary in the
pursuit and the suspect vehicle began driving eastbound in westbound lanes on Asher Ave. The vehicle corrected itself shortly
after and then began to pull over on Asher Ave near Washington St. I touched my PIT bumper to the left back quarter of the
suspect vehicle as it came to a stop. There was no damage to my vehicle. A felony takedown was conducted and all occupants
were placed in custody. The scene was turned over to Little Rock Police Department.

ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A MINOR - 1ST DEGREE
ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A MINOR - 1ST DEGREE
ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A MINOR - 1ST DEGREE
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - 2ND DEGREE
NO DRIVER LICENSE OR LICENSE EXPIRED
DRIVING VEHICLE WITHOUT TAGS
RECKLESS DRIVING
