Journalist Alex Berenson filed a lawsuit against the federal government for allegedly violating his First Amendment rights by pressuring Twitter, now X, to censor him during the pandemic due to his views on the COVID-19 vaccine. Berenson’s now saying an admission by Mark Zuckerberg could guarantee the success of his lawsuit.
