Gâteau Pêches Abricots : Pour se Rafraîchir ♥ Croustillant, Fondant et Juteux !
Ce dessert pourrait être appelé de différentes façons ! Une sorte de gâteau aux pêches abricots bien juteux, bien croustillant et bien fondant ! Un pudding aux fruits. Avec ce goût de fruit qui apporte beaucoup de fraîcheur ! Très proche de la recette du Cobbler, cela reste quand-même différent et meilleur :) Bonne dégustation !

150 grammes de farine
1 cuillère à soupe de levure chimique
2 pêches
4 abricots
125 ml de lait
3 cuillères à soupe de sucre vanillé
40 grammes de beurre
80 grammes de sucre glace
2 cuillères à soupe de fécule de votre choix
80 ml d'eau chaude
