PURSUIT through Little Rock construction at over 100 MPH with Arkansas State Police & Nissan Altima

Trooper's Narrative:

On May 21, 2024 at approximately 10:06 PM. I Trooper Raul Parada initiated a traffic stop on a Black Nissan Altima for
improper lane change westbound on Interstate 30 on the river bridge. Shortly after I initiated my lights and sirens V1 continued
to weave through traffic. V1 took the 139 exit. In an attempt to take the 139 exit, I struck a curb which caused my rear
passenger side tire to go flat. This disabled my vehicle. V1 continued to travel west.
