去年就已經開始籌備的Mazda CX-90，隨著相關政府資訊陸續曝光，終於要在五月份在台灣正式亮相了！Mazda台灣已經向媒體發送了鑑賞會通知，預定於五月八日舉辦CX-90的新車鑑賞活動，而官方的Instagram貼文也在暗示著CX-90的到來。

在Mazda台灣的最新Instagram貼文中，他們寫著：「屏息以待，前所未見的性能、駕馭、工藝。Mazda新世代旗艦即將登台。」並且貼出了一張尾燈的照片，暗示著新車的到來。Mazda也向媒體發出了CX-90的鑑賞會通知，強調這將是一款讓人期待的車款，融合了MAZDA的製造工藝、強悍性能、駕馭樂趣以及日式美學，同時也是CX-90在台灣的首次公開亮相。

此前，CX-90已經在政府相關的新車測試中曝光，測試結果包括前方碰撞乘員保護、油耗等資訊。兩個測試車型都搭載了3,283c.c.排氣量、8速自動變速箱以及全時四輪驅動系統，油耗數據為每公升12.2公里，能源效率達到一級。

CX-90採用了e-SKYACTIV-G汽油渦輪增壓直列6缸引擎，再加上M Hybrid Boost 48V輕油電系統，因此能夠達到如此省油的油耗數據。在Mazda新世代休旅的設計理念下，CX-90與CX-60在外觀和內裝設計上有相似之處，而CX-90更有專屬車色Artisan Red，帶來高貴的氛圍。車內採用Nappa皮革、木頭材質以及同色系編織，打造出舒適的駕乘體驗。
