Dodge Chargers & Challengers test Arkansas State Police - Two high speed pursuits

According to the Trooper, Tre Davis, the Orange Dodge Charger was shortly located unoccupied. The Chargers temporary license plate was fake. The vehicle was towed and will be held until the driver can be identified.
