睡眠障碍临床无统一的预防措施,可根据其病因针对性选择。以失眠症为例,其预防方法如下:
1、起居有常:合理调整睡眠时间;
2、作息规律:形成良好的条件反射;
3、放松精神:避免过度关注睡眠,保持乐观稳定的情绪;
4、营造舒适的睡眠环境:卧室可进行隔音、避光,保持室内温度适宜;
5、健康饮食:荤素搭配要合理;
6、白天适当运动;
7、晚餐要吃的少;
8、夜间不要饮用浓茶、咖啡;
9、睡前应避免看令人兴奋或恐怖的电影、书;
10、处理好睡眠障碍相关疾病。
