Ingredients 材料:
1 egg, room temperature 1 个鸡蛋，室温
200 ml coconut milk, room temperature 200 毫升 椰奶，室温
100 ml water, room temperature (for egg and coconut mixture) 100 毫升水，室温（用于鸡蛋和椰子混合物）
900 ml water, room temperature 900 毫升水，室温
50 grams brown sugar 50克红糖
150 grams gula melaka or palm sugar 150 克 马六甲糖或棕榈糖
10-12 grams agar-agar powder (packet instruction is 10 grams for 1000 ml liquid) 10-12克燕菜粉（包装说明为10克/1000毫升液体比例）
3 pandan leaves 3片香兰叶
pinch of salt 盐少许
