Lecture 29: Motion in Time Varying Electric field

The discussion on the motion of a particle in an oscillating electric field has been discussed in this lecture. The solutions of the equation of motion have two components. One of them is the time-dependent part, and the other is the time-independent part. The force due to electric field drift is a direct consequence of time-dependent electric fields.
