Ethnic dance class training series - Yi ethnic swing long skirt training

The Yi people are famous for their ability to sing and dance. Their dance movements are sometimes fast-paced, enthusiastic, and lively, and sometimes they are elegant and stretched. The dance style is fresh, and simple, and has a unique rhythm, based on the large twists of the chest, waist, and hips. This video demonstrates the training content based on the "swinging long skirt" which is a distinctive dance of the Yi ethnic group, and provides students with basic exercises for performing on stage.
