The Su-27, NATO codename: Flanker, is a single-seat, twin-engine all-weather heavy air superiority fighter developed by the Soviet Sukhoi Design Bureau.It was developed in 1969 and first flew on May 20, 1977. It was put into mass production in 1979 and entered the army service in 1985.
The F-15 Hawk is a twin-engine, all-weather, highly maneuverable air superiority heavy combat aircraft developed and manufactured by McDonnell Douglas for the U.S. Air Force.Awarded by McDonnell Douglas in 1969, the first flight was made in July 1972, and the first production aircraft was delivered to the U.S. Air Force in 1974, where it remains today.
In terms of time alone, the Su-27 took shape a full 10 years after the F15.This is because the F15 was developed in a very short time as a response to the Original MiG 25.Until later, there was no analog telex control system.The superiority of su-27 in time made it adopt fly-by-wire control, lift body fuselage and wing-body integration from the very beginning.
蘇-27戰鬥機北約代號：側衛，是蘇聯蘇霍伊設計局研製的單座雙發全天候空中優勢重型戰鬥機。於1969年開始研製，1977年5月20日首飛，1979年投入批量生產，1985年進入部隊服役。
F-15“鷹式”戰鬥機是美國麥克唐納•道格拉斯公司爲美國空軍研製生產的雙引擎、全天候、高機動性空中優勢重型戰鬥機。1969年由麥道公司得標，1972年7月首次試飛，1974年首架量產機交付美國空軍使用，直到現在。
單從時間上來看，蘇27的定型時間比F15晚了整整10年。這是因爲F15是爲了應對當年神龍見首不見尾的米格25而生，可以說研製過程極其倉促。一直到後期，甚至沒有模擬電傳操縱系統。而蘇27在時間上的優勢，使其一開始就使用上了電傳飛控，升力體機身以及翼身融合。
