Ingredients:
25 grams peach gum 25克桃胶
1/4 teaspoon basil seeds 1/4 茶匙 罗勒籽
1 can longan 1 罐龙眼罐头
1 tablespoon goji berries 1 汤匙 枸杞
40-50 grams caster sugar 40-50克细砂糖
6 grams agar-agar powder 6克燕菜粉
12 grams instant jelly powder (substitute with 4 grams agar-agar powder) 12克速溶果冻粉（用4克燕菜粉代替）
1000 ml (longan juice + water), room temperature 1000毫升 (龙眼汁+水，室温)
50 grams honey rock sugar 50克蜂蜜冰糖
1 heap tablespoon, 2 grams osmanthus flowers 1大汤匙、2克桂花
2 pandan leaves (optional) 2片香兰叶(可选)
