原材料:
广东干河粉 60g
蒸好的面筋 50g
黄瓜 50g
豆芽 50g
香菜 10g
芝麻酱水(芝麻酱 1汤匙+水1汤匙)
蒜水(蒜 3瓣+水1汤匙)
醋水(醋1汤匙+水1汤匙+五香粉 1/2茶匙)
油泼辣子2汤匙

小贴士:
1. 河粉、豆芽和面筋煮过之后要放到冷水中过凉。
2. 面筋过凉之后,要把其中吸的水分挤出来,之后再加调料才能入味。

Ingredients:
Guangdong rice sticks 60g (2.1 oz)
Steamed gluten 50g (1.76 oz)
Cucumber 50g (1.76 oz)
Bean sprouts 50g (1.76 oz)
Cilantro 10g (0.35 oz)
Sesame sauce water (sesame paste 1 tablespoon + water 1 tablespoon)
Garlic puree water (garlic 3 pieces + water 1 tablespoon)
Vinegar water (vinegar 1 tablespoon + water 1 tablespoon + five-spice powder 1/2 teaspoon)
Chili oil 2 tablespoons

Tips:
1. Be sure to boil rick sticks, bean sprouts and steamed gluten and then cool them.
2. After cooling steamed gluten, squeeze the water out so that it will be tasty after seasoning.
