天鹅泡芙 你舍得吃吗?

泡芙面糊
低筋面粉 45克
牛奶 90克
黄油 36克
鸡蛋 2个
糖粉 1克(可以不加)
低筋面粉、牛奶、黄油、鸡蛋的比例为:1:2:0.8:2

泡芙面糊制作方法
1- 将牛奶、黄油、糖烧开,继续半分钟
2- 关小火或熄火,筛入低筋面粉
3- 开大火迅速翻拌至锅底出现一层膜盛出
4- 待降至室温,少量多次加入打散的鸡蛋,充分翻拌成均匀面糊

制作泡芙方法
1- 将面糊倒入裱花袋中
2- 在烤盘上挤出4厘米长的水滴状面糊
3- 另外挤出2字型的天鹅颈

烤制方法
1- 烤箱预热至400F
2- 放入烤盘烤10分钟
3- 温度降至360F继续烤15-20分钟(烤箱的脾气不同,自行观察调节)
4- 关火后将烤箱门微开10分钟左右,让泡芙充分定型
5- 取出烤盘
