Chinese Doughnut is a simple and "all-match" Chinese traditional food. In Malaysia, we call it Yu Cahr Kway in Hokkien and Cantonese. We like to add it to Bak Kut Teh or dip Hainanese coffee for breakfast and tea time snack. In this video we will show you how to make Chinese Doughnut, It is very simple to make it at home.

- 0.25tsp Baking Powder
- 0.25tsp Baking Soda
- 1tsp Cooking Oil
- Right amount of cooking oil for deep fried
