【新加坡Singapore】从军事基地到战俘牢狱的樟宜 Changi, from military base to prison

早在17世纪樟宜已有人烟，当时称为丹戎如沙（Tanjong Rusa）。在莱佛士登陆后请专人绘测的地图上，这个地区称为丹戎樟宜（Tanjong Changi）。19世纪中叶，樟宜以种植椰子和硕莪为主。
Changi has been inhabited as early as the 17th century, when it was called Tanjong Rusa. On the map drawn by a special person after Raffles landed, this area is called Tanjong Changi. In the middle of the 19th century, Changi mainly planted coconuts and Sago.

樟宜机场（Singapore Changi Airport）是新加坡唯一民用机场，2019年机场共接待乘客约6830万人次，为全球第19，起降架次共有346,334次，大约每90秒一次，同时也位列全球第13繁忙的货运机场。

Changi Airport is the only civil airport in Singapore. In 2019, the airport received a total of about 68.3 million passengers, ranking 19th in the world. There were 346,334 takeoffs and landings, about once every 90 seconds.
