【新加坡Singapore】從軍事基地到戰俘牢獄的樟宜 Changi, from military base to prison

早在17世紀樟宜已有人煙，當時稱為丹戎如沙（Tanjong Rusa）。在萊佛士登陸後請專人繪測的地圖上，這個地區稱為丹戎樟宜（Tanjong Changi）。19世紀中葉，樟宜以種植椰子和碩莪為主。
Changi has been inhabited as early as the 17th century, when it was called Tanjong Rusa. On the map drawn by a special person after Raffles landed, this area is called Tanjong Changi. In the middle of the 19th century, Changi mainly planted coconuts and Sago.

樟宜機場（Singapore Changi Airport）是新加坡唯一民用機場，2019年機場共接待乘客約6830萬人次，為全球第19，起降架次共有346,334次，大約每90秒一次，同時也位列全球第13繁忙的貨運機場。

Changi Airport is the only civil airport in Singapore. In 2019, the airport received a total of about 68.3 million passengers, ranking 19th in the world. There were 346,334 takeoffs and landings, about once every 90 seconds.
