Ikan Goreng Renyah (Rangup)
Hari ini saya akan berkongsi dengan anda bagaimana membuat ikan goreng renyah / rangup. Ikan Sangat renyah sehingga anda boleh makan keseluruhan ikan. Sekiranya anda suka makanan goreng, jangan terlepas resipi ikan goreng rangup ini.
Ingredients
- Fish - S size
- salt
- pepper
- tapioca starch* or flour
- oil
Amendment to the video tapioca starch* instead of potato starch
Dipping sauce
-minced garlic, chillies
-2Tbsp light soy sauce, 1Tbsp vinegar, pinch of sugar
Method
1-Clean and fry the fish
2-Gently slashed the fish with knife.
3-Season the fish with salt and pepper. Lightly dust the fish with flour/tapioca starch.
4-Fry the fish using medium heat.
