水晶番薯糕 西米和番薯搭配 營養豐富 Crystal Sweet Potato Cake

今天我們來做這個軟軟糯糯的水晶番薯糕。我用了紫薯和紅薯。吃起來裏面的番薯是軟軟糯糯的。外面的西米是QQ的，也不會太甜。你們也在家試一試做來吃吧。

Today we are going to make this soft and chewy crystal sweet potato cake. I used purple sweet potatoes and yellow sweet potatoes. The sweet potato inside is soft and chewy. The sago outside is springy, not too sweet. Do try to make at home.

原料 / Ingredients
-西米 80克 / 80g sago
-紫薯 150g / 150g purple sweet potato
-黃番薯 150g / 150g yellow sweet potato
-糯米粉 80g / 80g glutinous rice flour
-煉乳 4湯匙 / 4Tbsp condensed milk
