水晶番薯糕 西米和番薯搭配 营养丰富 Crystal Sweet Potato Cake

今天我们来做这个软软糯糯的水晶番薯糕。我用了紫薯和红薯。吃起来里面的番薯是软软糯糯的。外面的西米是QQ的，也不会太甜。你们也在家试一试做来吃吧。

Today we are going to make this soft and chewy crystal sweet potato cake. I used purple sweet potatoes and yellow sweet potatoes. The sweet potato inside is soft and chewy. The sago outside is springy, not too sweet. Do try to make at home.

原料 / Ingredients
-西米 80克 / 80g sago
-紫薯 150g / 150g purple sweet potato
-黄番薯 150g / 150g yellow sweet potato
-糯米粉 80g / 80g glutinous rice flour
-炼乳 4汤匙 / 4Tbsp condensed milk
