Butter cupcakes to fall in love with, the most delicious cookies you can conjure with your thermomix.
Hi and welcome to the Mainz Zaubertopf Küche. Today I have a particularly great cookie recipe for you.
Because we bake butter cupcakes. Let's get started right away.
For our butter cupcakes you need the following ingredients.
This is flour, powdered sugar, blanched almonds, butter, vanilla pudding powder, homemade vanilla sugar,
a little baking powder and a little butter vanilla flavor. That's what it's called.
And you can find the complete recipe for reading again with us in the Zaubertopf Club.
It's definitely worth stopping by. And I'll tell you, the recipe is so easy.
First we need the almonds, because we have to grind them first.
And for 10 seconds at level 10.
And I'll tell you, our butter cupcakes are absolutely sure to succeed.
Made super easy. I'll show you that once after 10 seconds our almonds look like this.
Of course, you can also skip the first step by using already ground almonds.
It is only important that they are blanched, otherwise the dough will not be so beautiful afterwards.
Because the butter cupcakes are relatively light and if you still have shells around them, they will turn brown and that doesn't look so nice.
Then we have flour, the normal 405, powdered sugar.
This way we don't have so many crystals in the dough.
Then vanilla pudding powder, a little homemade vanilla sugar, nice for the aroma.
Baking powder and of course for the good taste a good portion of butter.
And then a few more drops of this butter vanilla flavor.
And then the whole thing is only mixed for 30 seconds at level 5 and then the dough is ready.
So you see, it's really super easy.
Perfect, the dough is ready. I'll take a look at it because if it's a little soft afterwards,
you could just wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
That comes to the side. I'll get my baking sheet here.
I have already preheated the oven to 150 degrees around the air, which is also important.
And now it's time to shape small balls.
It already feels really tender here.
It is important in any case that you leave a little space in between, because as I said, they still run apart a bit.
That's why you definitely need two baking sheets, because otherwise you'll only have one giant cookie mass or mass on it afterwards.
That's not particularly nice, you could cut it through, but really leave a little space.
So, the last one. And then they go in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, as I said, around the air.
And you see, this is really such a super easy cookie recipe.
My hands are relatively greasy, I'll wipe them off here for a moment.
And now they go in the oven for 15 minutes.
15 minutes are over and our butter balls are almost ready,
because of course we still have to put a good layer of powdered sugar on them.
But I'll get them out of the oven first.
That's not always so good.
This is what they look like when they're done.
I've already put the powdered sugar here.
And it really still has to be so warm.
So you could wait a little longer, because otherwise it will melt right away.
But don't put it on for too long if the butter balls are lukewarm.
So, I just left them standing for 10 minutes.
And now the powdered sugar comes on top.
In any case, don't be too stingy with it.
And don't forget to subscribe to the channel, because we still have big plans.
And our goal has definitely not yet been reached here by the subscribers.
And as I said, you can find the complete recipe with step-by-step instructions
at our Zaubertopf Club.
So good!
We'll see you again in the next episode.
I'll distribute them among my colleagues now.
And until next time, take care!
Ciao!
