WITHOUT PRODUCT REVIEWS, SPONSORS, DONATIONS AND STICKER SALES, I’d have to go back to work and not do ANY videos, because you can’t live without any income.
Hey guys, how you doing? It's Henry at Mowers and Blowers. Welcome to another weekend product
review. Today, I got a couple of things for my friends over at V-Vore. As you guys know,
V-Vore is a great sponsor of Mowers and Blowers, the YouTube channel. My truck is outfitted
with all V-Vore products. They have tens of thousands of industrial, commercial, and consumer
products. Tens of thousands, Henry? Yeah, go to V-Vore.com and it'll take you two hours
just to scroll through their products. All kinds of stuff. Well, as you know, we're nearing
winter now and it gets godly cold over here. And sometimes you don't have the motivation
to go from a warm house, nice and snugly, into a cold, freezing garage to work on stuff.
But my content needs to continue. So what do I do? The garage is freezing. I've tried
electric heaters, the small ones. I've tried a kerosene heater. I've tried propane heaters.
I've tried all kinds of heaters. The problem with those heaters is there's a lot of fumes
and you have to crack the garage a little bit. So still, you're letting out a lot of
warm air and cold air still gets in somehow. Also, it's expensive because kerosene is pretty
expensive when you buy a gallon of it. Propane as well, it's a pain. You have to go and fill
up the bottle all the time. I got something that's going to work out perfectly. It's a shop
electric heater. You know how you go into a workshop or a mechanic's garage and stuff,
you see this thing placed somewhere on the roof or something, and when it gets to a certain
temperature, you have heat that the fan is blowing out, you know, industrial strength.
So it probably takes a decent amount of electricity to power this thing because it's
all coils, right? But I've got solar panels. My electricity is practically free! Free!
For free! That's right, free. I'm going to have to read the instructions on how to put this thing
together. As you can see, really cool look, huh? I like the white. Of course, white in the garage
will get dirty fast, but whatever, it still looks nice. You have the directional fans over here so
that you could, you know, direct which way the heat is going. If this is up high in your garage,
you direct it low, but as you guys know, heat rises. So I'd be okay with just putting this
on the floor, you know, because it's going to rise anyway. Here's the instructions,
and it comes with a remote control so that if it's way up high somewhere, just turn it on with
your remote control. You got your bracket here. I'll have to figure out how to put this together.
So after reading the instructions, which I normally don't read the instructions,
but it appears that this is so industrial-like that you need an electrician to install it,
because it doesn't come with a cord that you just simply plug into the wall. It needs to be
wired to like a junction box or circuit breakers and stuff. And well, as you guys know, I hate
electrical, but it doesn't come with a cord. So I'm just going to find like a heavy-duty
electric AC 110 plug, cut it. I have spares. Splice it, wire it, plug it into electricity,
and see if it works. I don't think I'm going to hire an electrician for this.
So I have like this computer cord. It's pretty thick, right? And I have the three connections.
I used a multimeter to test the voltage, and it seems to be correct. So I'm just going to plug
this in and see if it works. Hope I don't burn the house down. Okay, here we go. Ooh,
power. Clicked on. It says 65 degrees. Ah, I feel a fan blowing. 57 now. It's sensing 57.
There's a low and a high, and you can adjust temperature up and down. But right now,
I feel heat already coming out of it. Let's see. 65 is the target. 57 is now.
So you can raise target if you want. There you go. All right, I get it. It's very cool.
So when you select that, you have the target temperature that you want. You can raise or
lower it. And then right now, it'll tell you it's 57. So it's got about eight more degrees
to go and reach the target. And it's very warm right here. That's fantastic. I can't
believe I did that. I guess I can be an electrician, huh? So I've just buttoned up all the
wiring, and I attached the included mounting bracket, which I'm not going to need because
I've decided I'm just going to store it underneath here on two wooden studs because I can then just
plug it in whenever I need it. And it fits right underneath, safely on the concrete,
on top of this. And then I'll just plug it in whenever I need it. This is perfect.
So this is the Vivor Industrial Fan Heater. It's exactly what I needed for my garage for
the winter. Now I can wrench 365 days a year. I'll leave a link in the description if you
guys want one. One of my sponsors, Vivor, has sent me something again. I wonder what it could be.
Why it looks like a Vivor truck bed mat for a Ford F-150. 2015 and up. Well, sketchy is a 2010.
But I checked the dimensions, and it's only off by like an inch. So I'll just trim a piece if
it doesn't fit. Then I have to get all that crap out of my bed. Check it out, check it out. I just
trimmed a little bit around the winch area, and it fits like a glove. It's fantastic. It's like
an eighth inch of solid rubber, non-slip, and look at that. Fits perfectly from Vivor. Half the
stuff I have on my truck is from Vivor. Look, they outfitted my truck beautifully. Thanks, Vivor.
If you guys want a truck bed mat like the one I just got, I'll leave a link in the description.
See you guys next time on Mowers and Blowers.
