Grâce à vous, les enfants que nous avons bercés il y a 20 ans dans nos maisons d’accueill ont pu quitter le travail dans les mines et la violence intrafamiliale. Ils ont pu libérer leurs traumatismes.
Aujourd’hui, ils sont devenus leaders pour prévenir la violence machiste et enseigner la pédagogie de la tendresse.
To be aware is very important in a man, as much as in a woman.
We all have to fulfill our rights and our duties.
Women have to learn not to be silent.
We have to learn to raise our voices and say that violence is not okay.
My name is Lilian Córdoba.
I am responsible for adolescent boarding schools.
I am also the social coordinator of the Voices Libres Foundation.
The purpose of this meeting is to train new leaders,
to create a youth association, Voices Libres,
so that they can fight against violence
and so that we have new judges and new judges
who are always fighting against violence.
We are also training.
The important thing is to plant a tree,
so that we can plant 10,000 fruit, medicinal and ornamental trees
reaching the communities of every teenager.
I want to study law because in the place where I am, in Voices Libres,
there are many lawyers there.
So, the truth is that they inspire me to follow in their footsteps
and help women who really need help.
I feel proud of myself because I will be able to help many people.
Actually, here in Bolivia, there is no justice for people who do not have money
or for poor people.
And I want to be a great lawyer and do real justice as it should be done.
They are committed.
They are going to leave here with a commitment to change the world,
to improve it, to fight against violence.
And that anyway, whatever happens, they will not be silent.
And if they see it, they will report it.
