At this time, you can already see the heartbeat of the child, but it is necessary to reduce the load several times.
The main task of a mother at this time is to be as calm and relaxed as possible.
These are the processes that neither you nor the medicine of the 21st century can influence.
Everything here is 100% dependent on nature.
Hello everyone, my name is Nina Pipe, and you are on the channel Online School and Easy Pregnancy.
Today we will talk about the first trimester of pregnancy.
So, you found out that you are pregnant, we saw those cherished two stripes.
If everything is fine with us, we feel great, nothing bothers us,
then two weeks from the moment of delay in menstruation, you can just enjoy life.
And after two weeks, about to sign up for the first ultrasound test
in order to make sure that the pregnancy is in the womb.
After we did this ultrasound test,
the fact of pregnancy is usually confirmed.
At this time, you can already see the heartbeat of the child,
and the girls are already more or less calm and go further.
As soon as you find out that you are pregnant,
if you did not take a fertilizer at the stage of planning the pregnancy,
you can safely buy this drug yourself and start drinking it.
Fertilizer with a standard dosage of 400 micrograms per day
It is necessary for the correct laying of the nervous system in the child.
After the first ultrasound test, which was carried out,
we are already planning the next most important test,
which needs to be carried out at the end of the first trimester of pregnancy.
This is the first screening.
It is carried out between the 11th and 14th weeks of pregnancy.
Strictly during these periods, an ultrasound test is carried out and blood tests are taken.
Why do we need a screening test?
What does it do?
Thanks to this screening, we identify the risk groups of patients
in which the risk of giving birth to children with various chromosomal pathologies may be higher.
But if you were suddenly told by the screening results
that the risk of some of these diseases is high,
it does not mean that this is absolutely the case.
This is not yet a diagnosis.
You were simply selected into a separate group with an increased risk group.
And then they will be examined in order to exclude this diagnosis.
In this case, several options are offered.
There is a so-called non-invasive prenatal test.
And it is very convenient, because a blood test is carried out at the mother from the vein.
This is an ordinary procedure.
And this blood is used to determine the chromosome set of your baby,
thereby excluding various chromosomal pathologies.
In some cases, an invasive diagnosis is offered.
It is considered to be more accurate.
This is the so-called amniocentesis.
A small puncture through the anterior abdominal wall,
with the help of which the cells that are located near the urethra are taken.
Studying these cells, the chromosome set of your baby is determined.
This is an accurate method of diagnosing various diseases.
The accuracy of this study is very high.
If you were selected into the risk group and conducted this study,
then here the information is already 99%.
Unfortunately, sometimes there are false and negative results at the screening stage.
In fact, now, according to the latest systems,
mistakes are very rare.
But a few years ago, this happened more often.
There are false and negative results,
when we do not identify the girl in the risk group
and do not thoroughly examine her with more accurate methods.
That is, if we conducted a NIPT or amniocentesis,
here the accuracy will already be 99-99%.
But there are situations when we do not direct to these studies,
that is, when we did not suspect in advance that this could be.
These are errors at the screening level,
when we do not see this at the screening.
But again, now very modern ultrasound studies,
prenatal rooms are all equipped with the latest ultrasound devices,
with the help of which the risk of missing something is very, very low.
If you conduct a screening study on time,
necessarily from 11 to 14 weeks,
then the risk of missing some kind of chromosomal disease is extremely low.
Because, I repeat again,
girls with a high risk group are identified,
who are examined with more accurate research methods,
which already give us a diagnosis of almost 100% of the results.
So, after you found out that you are pregnant,
the next step is to turn to a doctor and take part in a women's consultation.
Usually, ultrasound studies are carried out either during the screening,
or the girls do not wait for this process and do it themselves.
That is, when the fact of the uterus pregnancy is confirmed by the ultrasound,
you are taken into account in a women's consultation
and a list of tests is taken,
which are included in the order for the examination of the pregnant woman.
That is, they take all these tests,
they take special masks,
and the next appointment is made after a certain time,
when all these tests will be ready.
Also, doctors direct you to additional studies,
to additional specialists.
This is a therapist, endocrinologist, lor, dentist.
That is, these doctors should also look at you
and assess your health as a whole.
The next thing that bothers girls in the first trimester
are new sensations that may arise.
They may be due to the fact that the uterus is increasing in size,
the ligament may somehow stretch
and give some unpleasant sensations in the lower abdomen.
That is, these sensations are not always pathological.
If they pass in peace,
or pass by themselves after a while,
then do not be afraid,
it can be a normal option.
Also, girls in the first trimester,
the most common complaint is toxicosis.
Toxicosis can be of different degrees of expressiveness.
From mild degree,
this is a feeling of mild nausea in the morning,
to severe toxicosis with multiple vomiting during the day.
Toxicosis of mild and medium severity
is not needed in medical treatment,
because it is an option of the norm.
And we can recommend only to adapt to this state
and individually decide for yourself how to deal with it.
First of all, this is an abundant drinking.
That is, you need to drink at least 2 liters of liquid per day.
It should be water.
You can add lemon, mint, berries to it,
so that it is more pleasant.
But be sure to follow the drinking regime.
As for nutrition, many girls are afraid
that they suddenly stopped wanting to eat meat,
or vice versa, they began to be drawn to certain products.
Nothing will happen to you,
if you replace meat with some other products for a while.
That is, do not be afraid of this.
This is an absolute option of the norm.
In the first trimester, in connection with this toxicosis,
there may be a slight loss of weight.
This can also be an option of the norm.
Do not be afraid of this.
This does not mean that the child will not grow internally.
Because many girls come to me and say,
I have not gained weight,
or, on the contrary, even lost a couple of kilograms.
What to do?
For the first trimester, this is an option of the norm.
We are only alarmed by severe toxicosis.
That is, it is a multiple breakdown during the day.
And in this case, the girl will need hospitalization
and medical correction.
Many girls are already interested in the future of the child in the first trimester.
And here I would like to note that
there is no exact method of determination in the first trimester
for the future of the child,
except for the non-invasive test.
But the non-invasive test, as I said,
is a very accurate method of diagnosis.
It is carried out only according to the indications
in order to determine the chromosome set of the future child.
But to make it at will, in principle,
to determine the sex of the future child is also possible.
But it costs a certain amount of money.
And decide for yourself if you need it.
And so, on the first screening of the sex of the child,
of course, it is almost impossible to say with a 100% probability.
And in order to know for sure who you will have,
you need to wait until the second screening,
which is held from the 18th to the 20th week.
Also, one of the frequently asked questions of girls in the first trimester
is the ability to have sex during pregnancy.
Here I would like to say that
during a normal pregnancy,
sexual intercourse does not harm your future child in any way.
Therefore, if you feel good,
you have a desire,
then you can have sex during pregnancy.
The next question is to do sports during pregnancy.
If you are used to going to the gym,
doing fitness or some other non-injury sports,
then during pregnancy, in principle, you can continue to do sports,
but you need to reduce the load several times.
That is, the load should be minimal.
The exercises that you are used to,
you reduce their intensity, frequency, quantity,
and therefore you leave them just to support on some specific board.
If you want details on these topics,
you can watch the video on our channel.
What is the importance of the first trimester?
In fact, it is very important,
first of all, that it is in the first trimester
that the most rapid development of the embryo takes place,
and the laying of all systems and organs goes on.
And by the end of the first trimester,
all of them are formed.
Therefore, the main task of the mother at this time
is to be as calm and relaxed as possible,
to keep herself in a good mood
in order to worry less.
In the first trimester, it is important to understand
that neither you nor your doctor,
no matter how strange it sounds,
nothing depends.
Everything here depends on 99% on the embryo.
What two cells met,
what embryo was formed,
how it attached and how it will develop.
All these processes depend only on this embryo.
Many girls ask,
what can I do, what depends on me,
how should I behave
so that everything is perfect.
And there are girls who, unfortunately,
have experienced unsuccessful pregnancies in the past,
who died on some terms.
And here I want to take away
as much responsibility as possible from you.
These are the processes
that neither you nor medicine of the 21st century
can influence.
Everything here depends on 100%.
100% depends on nature.
If the embryo is healthy,
if it is well attached,
then everything will be great
and your task is to relax as much as possible
and enjoy this time.
In Europe, there is a whole tactic
of introducing girls
before the first trimester
without hospitalization
and without therapy
because it is believed
that all pregnancies
that have passed the first trimester
are healthy pregnancies
and you need to work with them further.
If something happens before this stage,
then it is impossible to influence it.
Of course,
there are some exceptions,
but in most cases
this rule works.
