The foot goes inside, which is a preventive measure in August.
It should not be like that, shoes are not needed.
Let's discuss the age from 1 to 3.
My name is Polina Grin, and today I will tell you about the main mistakes at this age that almost all parents make.
So, mistake number 1, and probably you will all be very surprised,
because literally every family buys this device for themselves at the age of 1 and older.
This is a bike purchase, a scooter purchase, a car purchase,
on which the child has been moving since he was literally 9-10 months old.
And I do not approve of this purchase.
Let me explain why.
The stages of development are good because the child at each stage must stay and achieve skill.
That is, when the child lies on his stomach, he has not just learned to lie on it,
and then began to roll over, he then continues to be in this pose for a long time,
and turns perfectly to the side, bends his legs, arms.
That is, he understands how to use this pose for him in the future.
The same with sitting, standing and walking.
We need a basic period for everything.
Probably, I will also surprise you with the fact that when the baby starts walking,
he needs 7-11 months to achieve the skill of walking.
That is, if your child starts walking at the age of 11 months,
only by the age of 10 months he will reach a state in which he will not only learn to control his body,
but also understand how to use his foot in different circumstances.
What happens when we buy different motor devices?
First, they replace the motor of the child's body.
That is, in principle, from 1 to 3 years, the baby is tuned to move actively.
On a daily basis, such a child should move for about 4 hours.
This is running, this is jumping, this is movement, this is crawling, climbing, whatever.
But the movement should be provoked by one's own skills, that is, by the body,
but in no way with the help of a stroller, sling, or any other means of movement.
And so we buy a scooter, explain to the child how to do it,
he gets up on it and rides for about an hour or two while you are walking.
What happens with the foot?
That is, the foot goes inside, one is standing straight, which is held on the scooter,
the whole weight of the body goes on it,
but the second, which is pushed back, pay attention, the child is pushed from the sock.
Therefore, the foot must be placed so that it is literally pushed with the cheek from the floor.
If you do not change the position of the child's feet every 15 minutes,
and here it is important to say that it is exactly 15 minutes, not every hour,
then the child's foot position is fixed, which is a prevention of valgus.
The same thing with a scooter.
If you sit down on a chair now, your legs will be on the sides,
you will have such a triangle between your legs,
and your legs will also push with the closer side of the foot, that is, with this cheek.
After that, when you get up, you will feel that this space remains between your legs.
This is also an incorrect posture for the body.
I remind you that in general, in the first 5 years,
the bone structure of the body only approaches such a structure as that of an adult.
The child is born with a large number of bones,
then they fall apart, then the joints appear,
and believe me, from one year to three, this does not happen yet.
Therefore, the bones are mobile and they remember constant actions.
I do not advise using these devices in the first 3 years of life.
Mistake number 2.
Buy beautiful, but uncomfortable shoes for the child.
I often hear that parents go, for example, to see an orthopedist.
The orthopedist says that you need to buy orthopedic shoes
and wear them almost from the age of six months.
My dear parents, the foot is quite flexible, it is quite mobile.
And if there are no diagnoses, and inborn,
the child does not need shoes at all until he learns to take steps,
until he learns to walk at least a meter from point to point.
Shoes are not needed.
Moreover, doing all these things barefoot,
moving, stopping, squatting, getting up is much easier for the child.
He feels the ground with his foot, he feels that he is stepping on something.
When between his foot and the surface of the ground, the surface of the floor,
there is still some distance,
and this is just in the orthopedic shoe a few centimeters,
then the child does not know how to move, he does not feel the support.
And at this moment, instead of holding this support on his own,
the shoe just performs it.
It should not be like that.
The child does not need orthopedic shoes,
if there is no definite serious diagnosis for this.
And most often it is never needed.
The shoe should be flexible, it should be thin, it looks like a skull.
So that the fingers can easily move in it, just like on the hands.
That is, it is literally square, the nose is not round, not narrow.
There should be no sole.
And the first year of the child's life, while he walks,
that is, this is the second year,
it should be as similar as possible to his leg.
Without any supinator.
It is very important to say that if you take a child's leg,
look at it, this is the inner place, just where the rise is.
There is a very soft space.
The child himself has this supinator, he is already built in there.
If we still press this natural layer with an artificial supinator,
then we will definitely get valgus.
And we don't want that.
We want the child to balance on his feet.
Consequently, he should roll from the heel to the toe, from side to side.
That is, the whole foot should touch the floor.
Therefore, I ask you, firstly, not to hurry with shoes.
Secondly, choose the right shoes.
Look not at how beautiful it is,
but at how flexible it is, how plastic it is.
And yes, it should be similar to a skull.
The third mistake that generally occurs everywhere in our modern world,
in a world where there are so many opportunities,
is to develop the child as much as possible.
Go to different sections with him.
Record both swimming and gymnastics,
and for different types of rock climbing.
And so that he goes to some kind of preparatory school,
and so that someone would study languages with him separately.
All this is not necessary in the period from one year to three.
All this is an extra irritant for the baby.
He would at least understand how this world works,
he would understand who he is in this hierarchy of the family.
That he is small, that you are big,
that he can be independent if he shows a desire,
that your relationships with him will change,
that the time of some initial separation comes.
And all sorts of activities that are not with you,
but with other adults, in a group with other children,
during the first three years of life, are not necessary.
And how to develop a baby at home,
I tell in detail in my webinar.
Specifically, what will happen to the baby from one year to three,
what hysteria awaits you,
the relationship between dad and mom in the context of the child,
the very nature of the baby,
negativism,
and how to interact with the baby at home.
The webinar will be absolutely free.
The only condition is that you must sign up for this webinar,
so follow the link in the description and register.
And we move on to mistake number 4,
and it is super important in the development of a baby,
especially in his empathetic development, mental development.
And we will also talk about this in the webinar.
These are tantrums, hysterics,
a wrong reaction to the manifestation of such a strong irritation in the baby.
I want to say that parents often think
that the child manipulates them,
capricious,
trying to achieve his own.
The parent himself, perhaps, feels at some point
that he is irritated during such a period of hysterics.
He himself goes down into the state of a small child
and wants to be pitied.
Well, when will it end?
Yes, I'm tired myself, I didn't get enough sleep myself.
And you are still with your tears.
Here is such a conflict of two children.
And in order not to allow this,
you must understand at the moment that any hysteria,
especially if it is strong,
especially if it is caused by hunger, fatigue,
disappointment of the child,
it is sincere.
That is, the baby simply cannot,
this stream of strong pressure,
strong irritation,
he cannot cope with it,
he does not understand his emotions,
he does not divide them into different ones,
like we are adults.
And at this moment, the parent is just that anchor,
that constant figure,
which is always nearby.
And when you feel bad,
and when you feel good.
I love you any.
At this moment, it is important to react like an adult.
You feel bad.
You are tired.
You are hungry.
And so on.
You describe the state of the baby.
You are nearby.
You do not pull him out of this hysteria.
You do not suppress.
Be patient.
Let the baby show his emotions.
Explain what is happening now.
And be sure to give him,
after such a strong discharge,
good tactile contact.
The next mistake is
to introduce the baby to the pot
at a time when he is not yet ready for it.
Every parent should know
that not every baby
can go to the pot on their own
when the parent wants to.
You need to understand that a child up to one and a half,
or even two years,
does not know how to restrain the excretory system.
That is, even if you want,
even if you train,
there will always be mistakes.
Anyway, the child will not understand
where and how to do it.
Therefore, do not rush.
First find out what precedes the readiness
to go to the pot.
That the baby should show discomfort.
He must be able to take off his pants.
He must understand that at this moment,
when he pees or poops,
it is necessary to do it somewhere.
That is, he must show.
Consequently, a child up to one and a half years
does not yet have such higher functions.
If you want to see a separate video about the pot,
then like it.
And then I will find out that this topic interests you.
And the last mistake is to arrange
grand holidays for your baby.
For example, at the age of one,
two, three.
Gather a bunch of people.
Come up with fireworks.
When this baby does not need it at all.
Remember that the nervous system of a child
is imperfect for a long time.
And generally differs
from the nervous system of an adult.
All systems, all sensory organs
work to absorb information.
If there is too much of this information,
then the child is overloaded.
These are the holidays
for the baby only after three
or even four years,
when the crisis is already going on.
Therefore, I wish you to spend the holidays
in a narrow circle,
where there are mom, dad, close people.
Without a lot of colors.
Of course, with gifts.
But at the same time with reason.
Try to work more on contact,
on communication with the baby,
on this connection between you,
than on how many people will come
and congratulate your baby,
who still does not understand
what this important holiday is.
