Welcome to today's video.
Yes, it would be great not to get any more inflammation of the bladder.
And that's exactly what it's about today.
And I'm happy about your thumbs up.
And I'm happy, of course, if you share this video.
There are so many, many women.
So there are really mainly women who suffer from constantly receding bladder inflammation.
And how nice it would be if it were finally over with this suffering topic.
Yes, with the so-called recurring cystitis.
It is not only noticeable with a strong urge to puke, but is also usually extremely painful.
I think most women know what I'm talking about.
I, on the other hand, of course.
And it hurts a lot, especially when the bladder has been emptied.
And it is not uncommon for a reddish discoloration of the urine due to blood.
Due to a severe inflammation reaction of the bladder.
Because the bladder is made up of mucous membrane and it bleeds extremely well.
And when it is inflamed, blood also gets into the urine.
And if this inflammation persists, there are often abdominal cramps and a severe feeling of illness.
And if you know that a bladder inflammation can cause quite a few complications,
which can occur in a non-exhausted cystitis, i.e. bladder inflammation,
or a constriction of the urethra,
then it is hardly surprising that most doctors also prescribe an antibiotic to the affected person.
And here I just want to say very clearly,
if the bladder inflammation is actually severe and there is already blood in the urine,
and you don't get any improvement with all the drugs I'm telling you now,
then I'm at least in favor of taking an antibiotic for the short term.
And then, of course, build up the bladder again and do everything to prevent it from happening again.
But how you can do that, you will also find out here in this video.
A bladder inflammation, by the way, is caused by intestinal bacteria,
which, due to the shorter urethra of the woman,
can be easier to get into their bladder than it actually happens with men.
He just has a long way to go, the bacteria have to walk quite a long way, and it's not that easy.
But have you ever wondered why this disease is so common?
It could, for example, be related to an extreme urge to clean up
and the use of some kind of intimate sprays
that contribute to the destruction of the protective flora of this mucous membrane,
so that more and more infectious germs can settle right there
and then run up the urethra and get into the bladder.
But what is often overlooked is the contact of intestinal bacteria.
The hands, for example, are the door handles of toilets,
very, very often contaminated with severe and many infectious intestinal germs.
And then you use toilet paper, tear it off,
but if you still have these bacteria from the door handle in your hand,
the bacteria can settle on the toilet paper
and settle naturally on the surrounding mucous membranes when cleaning.
And here they also bloom regularly,
because bacteria, especially these intestinal bacteria,
are also used to love moist heat.
So my suggestion is, if you are susceptible to this topic,
that you use the sink in the toilet before going to the toilet
and of course wash your hands afterwards.
Incidentally, unnoticed chronic urethral infections in men
can also be responsible for you getting infected again and again.
So get used to emptying the bladder again after every sexual contact
to drive bacteria away again immediately.
Of course we know that the season also plays a role,
because the natural oestrogen level actually drops a bit
with little sun and more cold.
And this leads to an increasing vitamin D deficiency,
which in turn could weaken your immune system.
Normally, a well-functioning immune system
with the natural defense power of the urethral mucosa,
the good washing effect of the urine,
as well as its acid, prevents an infection of the bladder.
But if all of this is not the case,
then you get infected again and again.
And my absolute secret tip
against the first signs of a urethral infection
is to take the D-manose.
This is a type of sugar that cannot be absorbed by the body
and is therefore excreted again through the urine.
However, this D-manose binds exactly the bacteria
that are responsible for the bladder inflammation on this way.
Therefore, my suggestion is to take three times two grams of this sugar
in water every day, or as always.
And of course also take care of your heat.
This promotes the bleeding of the mucosa
and thus increases your defense power.
And drink at least three liters a day.
This ensures a cleansing rinse,
if the urine also contains this D-manose.
But warm ginger water or healing teas are also suitable,
prepared from berry grape leaves,
chard, cinnamon, peppermint or thyme.
But what is also good is red beet juice or red grape juice.
This brings a little variety into many drinks.
It is best to put it on the bed or at least on the couch
with the first signs.
As already mentioned, the bladder is optimally bleeding while lying down,
i.e. better bleeding and also much more relaxed.
Then put an additional warm bottle on your underbelly,
which supports even heat.
I also take the healing.
You know a lot of girls and women
often get bladder inflammation.
So please share this video.
And of course I'm happy about the thumbs up
and if you subscribe to my channel.
And if you have other experiences on the subject of bladder inflammation,
other tips that I haven't recorded yet,
then write them in the comments below
or whether you are one of them
and how often you have had bladder inflammation
and if you want to watch more of my videos,
then you can do that here.
Until then, see you next time.
So definitely no bladder inflammation.
I wish you that, but I also wish you to stay healthy and fit.
All love, bye.
