Die Herausforderung dabei ist es, den Menschen die Informationen zu liefern, die dazu befähigen.

Nice to have you here. Today I want to give you 5 tips on how to lower your cholesterol level.
I would be happy if you give this video a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel.
I am sure you know a lot of people who have problems with high cholesterol levels.
Share this video, because I think everyone should know what I have to tell you.
First of all, cholesterol is much, much better than its reputation.
Cholesterol is a substance that occurs in all human cells.
Because every cell needs this substance and it is an indispensable component for many vital substances.
For example, most people have way too little vitamin D due to the influence of sunlight from cholesterol.
4% of our brain cells are made up of cholesterol and it is also rich in our cell membranes.
Without this substance, sex hormones such as oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone could not be formed at all.
But now you are probably wondering where this bad image comes from.
Yes, it's very simple.
Because it is assumed that too large amounts lead to the formation of arteriosclerosis.
And that this arteriosclerosis can lead to cardiovascular disease.
Because if we have way too much of this cholesterol in our blood,
the white blood cells simply fish out of the blood, overload themselves with it and become so-called foam cells.
They then burst and can simply empty themselves at the vascular walls.
And that leads to inflammatory processes in the vascular walls,
which narrow the vessels by increasing deposition.
And for this reason, your cholesterol level is regularly determined by the doctor.
But it's not just about the total amount of cholesterol.
The distribution of good HDL and rather bad LDL cholesterol is of great importance.
Optimally, LDL and HDL should be in a certain good ratio.
When it comes to the blood value, the LDL value should be at best less than 100 and the HDL value greater than 60.
And then the HDL cholesterol in the body works like a cleaning column and absorbs excess fat.
Even then, and now it will be exciting, when they are already deposited at the vascular walls.
LDL cholesterol brings the fat into the cells to produce hormones from it.
So it's actually not bad at all, but it only has a negative effect if there is far too much of it.
The common practice must therefore be urgently checked to use drugs that already reduce cholesterol
with a total cholesterol of over 200 mg.
Because the fat-reducing statins that are most commonly prescribed have significant side effects.
They not only reduce the cholesterol level, but also prevent the formation of the necessary pro-vitamin Q10.
And this pro-vitamin is indispensable for the health retention of mitochondria, our cell power plants.
And so treated patients often suffer from additional muscle pain.
Much more useful would be, for example, the supply of vitamin B3, the reduction of animal products
such as meat, dairy products, eggs, regular exercise and the reduction of de-stress, the negative stress.
All of this ensures an optimal relationship between HDL and LDL cholesterol and lowers total cholesterol.
Apples, walnuts, chicory, soy and especially oat flakes can really reduce excess LDL in an impressive way.
Plant-based foods are free of cholesterol, but contain large amounts of ballast substances
and influence the fat metabolism in a very, very positive way.
On the one hand, they prevent the formation of unfavorable cholesterol levels and the risk of heart attack,
stroke and high blood pressure and on the other hand, they support the healing process of vascular diseases and tears.
This reverses the development of the fat metabolism in the direction of health.
Yes, it can be as simple as that if you know how.
That's why these tips today to reduce your possibly too high cholesterol
or if the relationship between LDL and HDL is not optimal.
I'm glad you were here today.
